"For individuals we are promoting our Coffee Cake and CPR on Tuesday 15 October, however if they can’t take part there will be a recorded session that they can use at any time. They can sign up and take part at home or they can gather a group together to learn these lifesaving skills. For children and young families the live sessions take place on the Wednesday and we have tailored different sessions for age groups.
