I hereby give notice that the Annual Meeting of KINGSTON PARISH COUNCIL will be held
on 21 May, 2026 in Our Lady Star of the Sea Hall, Vermont Drive, following the Annual Meeting
of the Parish that commences at 7.30 pm.
Meetings of the Finance and General Purposes Committee and the Planning Committee will be held
once appointments to Committees have been made by Council and during an adjournment of Council.
All Members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend this meeting for the purpose of considering
and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out in the Agenda that can be viewed on Council’s
website https://kingston-wsx-pc.gov.uk/ or in East Preston Library 3 days prior to the meeting.
Members of the Public are also welcome to join the meetings and will be given an opportunity to make
representation to the Council and its Committees.
