A by-election to fill a vacancy must be held if ten electors for the parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to:
The Returning Officer, Arun District Council, Civic Centre, Maltravers Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 5LF

That request must be made within fourteen-days from the date of the notice (excluding a Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, Good Friday or a Bank Holiday or day appointed for public thanksgiving or mourning).  The fourteen-day period ends on the  6 May, 2025.

If no poll is called for Kingston Parish Council intends to fill the vacancies by co-option.
Please note the term of office will be until normal elections take place in May 2027.
