Notification on changes to Highways Online Reporting - WSCC.
Announcing 'Love West Sussex' is to be shut down on 28th April 2023
Following the launch of the web online reporting tool for road and pavement issues back in the Autumn, the Council has been really pleased with how these online forms have performed during the winter and how quickly customers have embraced the new ways of working. We have therefore taken the decision to turn off the old reporting tool ‘Love West Sussex’ with effect from 28 April 2023.
Customers who previously reported online via Love West Sussex do not need to take any action as we have arranged for them to be automatically redirected to our corporate website and the Report a problem with a road or pavement
