West Sussex County Council have issued a Public Notice on the temporary closure of Kingston Lane between the junctions of North Lane and Elm Avenue for a period of 24 hours, scheduled to take place some time between 19th - 23rd October.  A diversion will be in place along Golden Avenue and Elm Avenue. 

Information from County includes 'NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that from the date specified below, West Sussex County Council has temporarily closed to all traffic Kingston Lane, Kingston CP, in the Arun District under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, on Kingston Lane for a distance approx 28 metres The temporary closure is scheduled to commence on 19th October 2020 for up to 5 days (It is estimated to be completed on 23rd October 2020) and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while UK Power Networks undertakes 24hr Road Closure from the junctions with North Lane to Elm Avenue with works taking place outside No.4 to undertake electrical works. The restriction will be in place 24hrs.'
